How does the instant download process work to receive my instructions? TOP
Follow these simple steps to successfully receive your instant download instructions.
1. Once the products you have chosen are added to your cart please continue with checkout. Enter your name, address, credit card information and click ORDER NOW.
2. Next, you will be taken to a thank you for your order page. On this page click the "Click Here to Complete your Order" button
3. On the next page you will find all of the info to download your instructions/file. The download link will also be on this page.
4. From that page click on the FILE LINK.
5. Your downlaod box will pop up, please check SAVE FILE and then OK. (If you choose to open the PDF directly from this page be certain to click "Save a Copy" to your computer once you have the pdf opened.)
6. Choose a place on your computer you would like to store your file, or easiest method is to just choose to save file to desktop, so click "desktop"
7. Close down all windows and go to your Desktop, or location of where you saved the file.
8. Double click to open file. Most all files are to be read with Adobe Reader. You can receive a free copy of Adobe Reader HERE if your computer does not have it.
9. Some downloads with multiple files included will be ZIPPED. Simply use your computer unzip feature to unzip the files and read as usual.
10. Be certain to include a valid email when placing your order as you will ALSO receive an email with all of your download info and LINK via email.

Hair Bow Instruction Books are pre-made/printed prfessionally for us in advance so these will have a set amount available only.
Hair Bow Making Supplies are generally in stock but there may be a time during busy seasons/spurts when an item is not marked out of stock, but may of fell out of stock before shipment of your order. If the item/shipment is on it's way to us, there may be a delay in shipment of your order so we can fullfil your order completely. If the itme is expected to be out for a while you will be refunded for the item amount, we will not hold backorders. What payment methods do you accept? Is this secure? TOP
